Personal data we process

Webba B.V. processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this information to us yourself.

Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in their children’s online activities, to prevent data being collected about children without parental consent. If you believe we have collected personal information about a minor without such consent, please contact us at info@webba.nl, and we will remove this information.

Automated decision-making

Webba B.V. does not make decisions about matters that could have (significant) consequences for individuals based on automated processing. This concerns decisions made by computer programs or systems, without a human (for example, an employee of Webba B.V.) being involved.

How long we retain personal data

Webba B.V. does not retain your personal data for longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention periods for personal data:
The submitted email address, phone number, request and first and last name are kept for a maximum of two years. Some requests are pushed forward long-term so that we still have access to the request and contact details within the two-year period. After two years, the contact details are removed from our systems.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Webba B.V. only provides data to third parties when this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use

Webba B.V. only uses technical and functional cookies, as well as analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone during your first visit to this website. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and remember, for example, your preferred settings. We can also use them to optimise our website. Through Google Analytics and Hotjar we collect analytical cookies to improve our website based on data. This data is anonymised, so these parties do not collect any information about you.

You can opt out of cookies by setting your internet browser so that it no longer stores cookies. You can also delete all previously stored information via your browser settings.

Viewing, amending or deleting data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw any consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Webba B.V., and you have the right to data portability. This means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organisation named by you.

You can send a request to view, correct, delete or transfer your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data, to info@webba.nl.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID along with the request. In this copy, please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks. Webba B.V. would also like to point out that you have the

How we protect personal data

Webba B.V. takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised alteration. If you believe your data is not properly secured, or if there are indications of misuse, please contact our customer service or info@webba.nl.
